Because, DG30 has offered Zero Access Fee + RM30 Talk Time Rebate which is totally unbeatable comparing to Value First 30 (old plan). I believe the launch of DG30 had urge Maxis to upgrade their previous Value First 30 to be more competitive in the market. Let see the comparison between old and new Value First 30 postpaid plan:
