Do you have any good idea to invest money in share market Malaysia? I’m totally new in share market investing. I know nothing about KLCI. Basically it’s blank in my mind when talk about buying share to make money.

Therefore, knowing our Top 100 Companies in Malaysia is part of the foundation that I need to build up.

i dont think this is correct because petronas is not in the list whereas recently petronas was listed at number 107 by fortune.com with revenues 62,577 Millions.

    Hi guys.
for anne petronas is not listed as this listing was based on market capitalization i.e only for those public listed companies. Petgas is one of petronas subsidiaries.

dzul, in fortune petronas is included in the list based on its revenue. its different from market capitalization.

you can actually taken this list from the star business colums every monday if i’m not mistake. the data above is not up to date.

The answer is simple. The biggest company in Malaysia is by far would be PETRONAS (non-listed as directly Government Owned), which has easily direct or indirect majority onwed 6 to 8 public listed companies under it’s Group that can easily slot into this list of Top 100 companies (by market capitalization).
