During the launching of The Heron Residency in Puchong few years back, I was impressed by the resort styled with modern façade and 5 star resort facilities as stated in their brochure. I know all illustrations and pictures in brochure are artist impressions only. But, that is the best information I have in my mind to imagine how the property looks like after completion is.
Completed Project vs. Artist Impression
Therefore, I used to collect property brochures and leaflet so that I can compare the differences based on actual project and artist impressions in the brochure by paying a visit to actual site once the project is completed. The comparison is useful to be used as one of my parameter to determine how committed is the developer to their home buyers. Many successful property investors do advise new home buyer to visit the developer’s previous completed projects if you keen to buy their latest project. I agreed.
Come back to The Heron Residency, unfortunately, I don’t feel any resort living style with 5 star resort facilities from the project. I doubt how does the developer define the resort living style? Is there any part of the picture makes you feel that you are entering to a resort for vocation? Besides, do you see the Malay stalls selling yong tau foo, nasi lemak panas, coconut, and pisang goreng in front the apartment? Where are the resort-styled look landscaping?
Will you consider buying The Heron Residency as rental property investment to earn passive income? If the ROI meets your target or objective, then why not?
