Where is the exact location of Park 51 Residency? Many people are just wondering is Sungei Way there still having any sufficient empty land for the mix development as shown in their master plan. Don’t forget, there is another upcoming commercial building, Commerce Square, just next to Residency @ Park 51.

I Feel Uncomfortable with the Surrounding Environment

Have you visited Park 51 actual site before? You should. If you are looking from the map, I know you might have no problem to see Sunway PJ @51A commercial project and Mercedes-Benz Autohaus next to your door.

But, the property’s surrounding environments are rather important too, especially if you are considering to buy the condo as your own house to stay with family. As an outsider, below are my first impressions on Sungai Way:

• Too many of foreign workers (feel unsecure with their present, sorry to say so)
• Messy and narrow roads (I hate one way, especially when people there are not following the direction, its killing)
• Hygiene issues (giant size rats can been seen everywhere, pasar, restaurant, especially most of the longkang)

For investment wise, I believe it is a good deal to make money for those early bird investors who bought already units below 1000 sq.ft. with the best financial package at 10% discount. It’s a no down payment property investment! Happy investing!
