Eco Building Creative Construction Ideas from Local Property Developer
Great to see more and more eco building constructed with energy saving features in Malaysia! Have you ever heard about how to make the building interior cooler by using used tyres? Lincoln Lee made it.
The Star newspaper was reported that the Smart and Cool Homes Technology invented and patented by Lincoln Lee has proven to work in residential homes for the purpose.
For the first time, Smart and Cool Homes Technology was implemented in Space U8 shopping complex, Shah Alam. After completion, it will be the first green commercial building in Malaysia where foundation of the building was filled with almost 220,000 used rubber tyres to make the building interior cooler, thus minimizing air conditioning needs. The technology is believed able to save a lot of money that supposed to be spent on cooling the building.
