Skim Rumah Pertamaku to Have More Affordable Housing Development in Klang Valley

Has anyone here bought your first house via Skim Rumah Pertamaku? Sad to say, so far, none of people I know! Most of them are not even showing their interest for the scheme.

It’s a great opportunity to own a house for those who are qualified! Seriously! If I’m in your shoe, I will never miss this golden opportunity! How to own a house with low income? The answer is there!

Is it true that most of the people are facing difficulty to get a house priced below RM220K? Especially within Klang Valley. Honestly, I disagree. (Why disagree? Hmm… I was thinking to share about it in Mr. Ho Chin Soon’s coming Book 5, else, it will be shared in my next post. Stay tuned!)

Anyway, according to Syarikat Perumahan Nasional Bhd (SPNB), there are seven locations in Klang Valley have been identified for building more affordable housing development.

  • Putrajaya
  • Cyberjaya
  • Rawang
  • Damansara
  • Shah Alam
  • Kelang
  • Puchong

Don’t miss it! Good luck!

    Hi Lim,

I would like to ask for some advise from you.

I just book for medium cost apartment with SRP last month at Equine Park beside Giant. However, I haven’t sign S&P and loan offer letter just approved but not yet signed.

Is it wise for me to cancel for the booking and waiting for above mention location property project by government for better usage of SRP?

    Your help really appreciated.

Hi Maya! Assuming you have put everything in consideration, and the house meets most of your requirements, go ahead then!

Waiting? Sometimes it takes quit a long time to implement a project in Malaysia. Don’t you think so?

Maya, I agree with Horlic, if the Equine Park place is your “nearest-to-ideal” location, assuming it is for your own stay, then don’t wait. You can always upgrade later when other opportunities come and as your income increases.

Thanks Lim and Haruki for your advice, really appreciate it.

Yes Lim, I agree with you, and waiting is suffering.

Haruki, the apartment I’m planning for investment..thats why if possible I want to use the SRP wisely to get landed property at one of the location mention above for my own stay in future.

I do consider all the requirements. Yes, the place have a lot of potential for investment. But, the property is an apartment which less capital gain compared to landed property, I’m considering places mention above for better usage of SRP if landed property can be grabbed.

Thanks guys for your precious responses.
