The property developer Selangor Dredging Berhad (SDB) has launched its remaining two blocks of Five Stones project in SS2 on 16 Jan 2010. The selling price starts from ONE MILLION ringgit Malaysia! It will be the most expensive condo and setting the new pricing benchmark for condo in SS2, Petaling Jaya.
During the launching, the crazy part was the units at Block D (25-storey, total 50 units) were almost fully taken up, remaining about 5 units only! Whereas, there are about 50% units of Block E (36-storey, total 142 units) were sold.
