Appreciate with my deepest heart for the Real Estate Investment Forum 2009 organized by The Edge! I have found another property expert in Malaysia from the forum, Mr. Previndran Singhe. Besides Milan Doshi, Azizi Ali and Ho Chin Soon, now Previndran Singhe has became my another property guru. His talk is fun, humor and what I like the most about him is the way of his presentation style – straight to the point. Well, after google some info about him, I have picked out some good article, radio station interviewing record and background about him from iproperty and BFM to share with you who I thought you might like him.

Malaysia Property Market Outlook 2009
- Property market is softening down but still remains steady in 2009
- Foresee Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) property will only decrease another 5% maximum, and it will remain flat price till 2010
- Property transaction slow down mainly due to most of the purchasers are looking for best deal
- Property Market expected to be on uptrend side in 2010 and having good time in 2011 and 2012
- Malaysia property market does not affected badly by US subprime crisis
- Situation is not as serious as World Economic Crisis 1997
Property Hot Spots
- Landed property at good location still always preferred
- Condominium at KLCC
- New condominium at Bangsar
- Sentul
- Expat flavour products
- Penang
- Iskandar Development Region
- Kota Kinabalu (KK)
- Part of Eastern Corridor

Besides, Previndran Singhe has suggested property investor to buy completed property for own use and buy from developer for investment. He has emphasized that property location and quality of developer will be key factor in property investment.
