Are you browsing Malaysia online property finder and LRT map to search for property for sale near Putra LRT? Have you heard about a project named Paramount View Condo which is very near to LRT station? Yes, Paramount View Condo is so near to Putra LRT – Taman Paramount station. Unfortunately, the high voltage cable is much more nearer to the condo rather than LRT station!
Buy Paramount View Condo Petaling Jaya for Own Stay or Investment?
In fact, I have visited their showroom during launching of the project somewhere around year 2007. Below is the information I got from their sales person:
Unit 5-13A (Type A, 1022 sq.ft)
Price: RM 249,054.00 (Developer Launching Price)
10% Discount: RM 24,905.00 (Promotion Period)
Installment: RM 1,263.00 per month (Based on previous BLR rates)
Maintenance Fees: RM 200 per month (Est. RM0.20/sf)
Based on the information provided and your calculation for the property ROI analysis, is it a worth deal for investment?
For investment, if the property ROI (return of investment) is good, then why not?
For own stay, Paramount View Condo or any others properties near High Voltage cable are definitely not my choice!
Staying too Near High Voltage Cable is Proven Harmful to Your Health?
Proven or not, who the hell is caring about it? Would you really care about the arguments whether how far the high voltage cable should apart with the resident area to be considered safe for humans? Some says xx meters, some say xxx meters, some says xxxx meters…. How about you?
Nah, I don’t care! Do you knows what will happen if you talk via mobile phone for too long? Headache? Ear is heating up? Everybody is aware about this! Are you still doubt about the side effect on those microwave, high voltage cable things?
How Near is considered Near? Is this Near Enough? WTF!
