Q: What are the documents needed?
A copy of Sale & Purchase Agreement stating the date of agreement, name of vendor & purchaser, the property address and signatory page which is witnessed by the solicitors, to enable them to update the new ownership details.
Remarks: You don’t need to fill in any form. So simple, right!

You have three options:-
