How to Apply Small Business Loan From Malaysian Chinese Women Entrepreneurs Foundation

Where to get a loan for small business? Good news for business minded Chinese women!

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak launch Malaysian Chinese Women Entrepreneurs Foundation today (6 July 2011) at the Klang Hokkien Association hall. Under the foundation, Government will contribute RM30 million as micro-credit scheme to help Chinese women in Malaysia to start a small business.

  • Business loan between RM5,000 and RM10,000
  • Interest rate of 5% per annum
  • Loan tenure of 3 years

It might be a good opportunity for Chinese housewife or those who wish to do some small business for extra income. But, what to sell? Nasi lemak? Burger? Online shop? e-business? Setting up a kiosk? Pasar malam? Let’s think about it, too.

Back to our question, how to apply for the loan? Honestly, I have no idea at all, too, lack of information from Google search engine. Let’s find out together.

Wow! That includes me as well. But with a RM10k loan, what kind of business to do? Except for those already mentioned by Horlic, I can’t think of any interesting new business model. Yeah, let’s discuss and give me ideas too 🙂
