GTower – The First Green Building in Malaysia Certified by Singapore BCA Green Mark

Finally, we have our first green building in Malaysia, GTower! The building is located on a strategic prime location in Kuala Lumpur, Jalan Tun Razak and just a few hundred meters from the KLCC Park!

Proudly to say, the first green building construction project has been successfully certified by Building and Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA) with a Green Mark Gold status.

The BCA Green Mark Scheme was launched in January 2005 as an initiative to drive Singapore’s construction industry towards more environment-friendly buildings. It is intended to promote sustainability in the built environment and raise environmental awareness among developers, designers and builders when they start project conceptualization and design, as well as during construction.
