I would like to invest into landed property.
    Budget 350-700k.
Considering Puchong / Shah Alam / Subang areas ie. Puchong Utama, Kemuning Utama, USJ Heights, Putra Heights, which do u think worth the best? Any other good recommendation?

    Puchong Utama, NO for me.
Kemuning Utama, nice built up, nice location, but be aware on the factories located just direct opposite the KU
i’m not interested on USJ Heights and Putra Heights
With your budget and preferred location, i’m interested on the IOI landed property surrounding Bandar Puteri Puchong, especially Puteri 11 and 12.
    Just my 2cent opinion.
