For me, this is a very good afford and good try from developer to ensure the energetic of the market and traffic flow will be boost within their townships. Good for those house buyers as well as business acitivity at there too. Its a Win-Win programme!

It is with deep regret to note that there’s discrimation for residents in Puchong township. I’m a house owner in Bandar Kinrara.
However, sad to note that Community Discount Card – Latest and First launched in Malaysia by IOI Properties Berhad although the intention is to enhance brand loyalty, it’s not potraying a good image to other residents who do not own any property from IOI Properties. Appreciate the management consideration to consider tying a partnership with all other developers in Puchong in order to extend the usage of the card and to achieve the brand name it desired.
