    Dear Mr Sanjeev Nanavati, This is very
    disappointed for the contest of Big 50 Contest on Citibank. That is a
    Big 50 Contest now can be said a BIG JOKE CONTEST!!!!! At first when I
    received the called in Oct’09 from one organisar name MR Kelvin phone no
    78754387 inform me that I am one of seleted winner’s for the Big 50
    Contest,at first I can’t believe it & request to them to call me back
    because I want to makesure this contest still on for security of
    varification.When after make a varification from the citibank centre
    that they have confirmed this contest is still on.Thereafter they have
    call me back again and want me to answer 3 questions for varification &
    I do so. Than they carry on again to question me for another 5 questions
    about contest that is 5 answers have been given by me are correctly. At
    first, I was very worry for the answering but Mr Kelvin have told me
    that if you answer wrongly you are entitled for prezent too because his
    said I am the one seleted of the winner’s.He have told me the final
    result will be out in middle of Nov’09. Since you are selected one of
    the winner’s but they need sometime for do the number ranking of the
    winner for final result. I have wait untill end of Nov’09 but that is no
    reply, so I have make a called on 3th Dec 2009 to Citibank Centre about
    this matter. That is very disappointed that they are told me that my
    name is not in the winner list. IT IS VERY ANGRY ” A BIG JOKE CONTEST &
    CITIBANK IS A DISHONEST AT ALL!!!!FEEL LIKE CHEATED BY

    Dear Mr Sanjeev Nanavati,

    It’s a real disappointed for the contest of Big 50 Contest. My husband received the called in Oct’09 from one organiser phone no
    78754272 informed him that he was selected for the Big 50. My husband was required to answer 3 questions for varification &
    she carry on again to question him for another 5 questions about contest. He was also informed that the 5 answers were given correctly. She has told him to wait for the final result, which will be out in middle of Nov’09. We have waited until end of Dec’09 but that is no reply, so we have make several calls to Citibank Centre about this matter. However,again we were asked to wait….till to date, we realised that it was just a false hope or promise that created by the reputable international bank….Please note that it’s a real frustration for my husband and me, especially on this coming Christmas.It’s hard to believe that a hope was just turn to a broken heart, because a promise by Citibank to your loyal customer (8 years)was not deliver…..
    Please take this viewpoint as a learning ground and stop providing empty promise to your customers.
