First property, ‘Can Attack Can Defend’! For me, first property for first time home buyer is a low risk investment/deal because you may always:-
Attack: Sell or rent it out if the property carries good ROI during markets booming
Defend: Use it for your own stay (finally you will still have to buy a house for your own right?) if ROI is bad during markets slowdown or even economic crisis
From actual site, the structure is completed till rooftop. The site work progress is running fast. So, it is less likely to have abandoned issues. If you like the property, it meets most of your requirement and the price is within your budget, then why not?
If Buy for Family Own Stay for Long-Term:
I prefer a landed property for my family if we are going to stay in for long-term. Simply because of the monthly maintenance fees (easily RM0.20 psf) for apartment / condominium could able me to pay for bigger loan for a landed and gated double storey link house. Unless the location is preferred because near to your work place or some others reasons.
However, KinraraMas Apartment is located at a well-established area that comes with amenities and facilities to cater to everyday necessities. Schools, the well-established Bandar Kinrara, banks, Giant hypermarket, other amenities and facilities are available at surrounding area. Perhaps all these factors are good for family stay.

That means you will need to pass through the entire ‘Bad Chi’ (harmful and negative energy).
- LRT Station – Where will be the actual LRT station to be located?
- Industrial Area – The development is just too near with industry area! Why Malaysia’s properties always are allowed to be constructed nearby industrial area and high voltage cable station. Will you concerning about the health factor for your property?
