Rental Income = Passive Income
Renting out my property is a very good source of passive income (of cause I’m assuming the rental greater than monthly mortgage loan installment). I have fully furnished the serviced apartment. I always prefer to rent out property in fully furnished concept. Because I feel good of getting back my cost of furnishing within 1 to 2 years at higher rental (easily about 30% extra). Can you imagine how good is the deal? After 1 or 2 years, everything you bought to furnish your house becoming FREE of charge and you will keep enjoying on the fully furnished rental rates in future!
Example 1:
Rental without furnishing = $ 1,500
Rental c/w fully furnished = $ 2,000
Rental Increased = 33.3%
Example 2:
Additional Rental Collected = $ 500 per month = $ 6000 per year
Example 3:
What you can get from $ 6000
- L-shape Sofa (half leather) = $ 1000
- Refrigerator (branded) = $ 700
- Washing Machine (branded) = $ 700
- Dining Set (rubber wood) = $ 600
- TV Rack = $ 200
- Coffee Table = $ 200
- Curtain = $ 800
- Shoe Rack (solid rubber wood) = $ 300
- Bedroom Set = $ 1500
You See! After 12 months, all items on above are belong to you for FREE. That’s cool right! You may get cheaper price compare to the prices quoted on above during MEGA sales and promotion period.
Astro & Broadband Internet
Recently, I have come across a same question from most of the potential expat tenant inquiry about the availability for Astro and Broadband Internet services. If you are targeting to rent out your unit for expatriate, please do consider providing the Astro and Broadband Internet services which will increase the chances of your house to be rented out faster. In fact, it makes sense why both of the services are a must for expat. Do you think Japanese or Europe guys they can understand or enjoy with our TV1, TV2 and TV3 these entire local TV channels? I believe Internet is part of daily activity for whoever reading my post now. Don’t you think so?
