I’ve attended the seminar. and to be real darn honest, it would have been more gratifying having to spend my money thrown down the drain or into the sea.
all it was, were introductions and cross-selling their course and coaching.
It’s stupid!
I paid a couple hundred bucks to exclaim ‘I’ with my hand raised numerously throughout the course!!!

The so called Seminar is eye opening. Well i do believe that Peter Yee and Juanita is credible in what they are doing. There are values in what they are doing. And for those who want to register into their courses, i do recommend it.
As for Tan, i’m a little doubtful. He was involved in a water scam and has cheated people couple of hundreds dollars. Maybe thats the past. I have no questions on his knowledge about properties. But coached people in purchasing? He “influence” or “force” some of his weaker students to borrow money to buy properties to fulfill his quota with the developer. And none from his own pocket? That is smart.
I agree. He’ll use the NLP strategies to get you to sign-up for this course.
